About Us

Sharon Jackson MInstF is the principal partner of Jackson Gray Consulting. She is a strategic and results-driven charity professional with many years' experience in creating, managing and improving fundraising programmes. In a consultancy role, Sharon has experience of reviewing and supporting the development of fundraising programmes across six continents, more than a dozen organisations, and a variety of income streams (with a particular focus on major donors, foundations, institutional and corporate). She consistently facilitates the delivery of growth and sustainability for the organisations she works with.

Sharon also has experience of running and governing charitable organisations, as an Executive Director, a Trustee and a Board Chair.

Sharon's expertise is widely recognised, She has spoken at a number of fundraising conferences and events, and contributed articles to a number of philanthropy journals.

Sharon is experienced in leading charitable organisations both as Executive Director and as Board Chair,
in addition to her extensive experience in fundraising. She now brings her expertise to organisations with a broad range of missions,
including animal welfare, hard-to-reach children, the arts and heritage, disability, health issues and conservation.
