SHARON'S NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS

• As Executive Director for One to One Children's Fund, Sharon led this charity in increasing their annual income from £650k to £1.2m over two years, securing the charity's first grants from DFID and a range of other institutional funders.
  
  
• As Head of International Market Development for Action Aid International, Sharon worked closely with Fundraising Directors across thirteen countries. She played a leading role in growing High Value Income from €10m in 2007 to €16m in 2011. In addition, she worked on the launch of new Major Gift Programmes in Australia, Denmark, Sweden, India and Brazil, all of which broke even ahead of plan and within the first year.
  
  
• Prior to that, as International Market Development Manager for Action Aid International, Sharon worked as an Internal Consultant, facilitating the growth of 'high value' income across thirteen countries, including the launch of new High Value programmes in five different countries.
  
  
• As Head of the Major Donors and Trusts Team for Water Aid, she achieved an income of £1.4m in 2008, an increase of 40% on the previous year. To achieve this, she coached an inexperienced team to build their fundraising skills and devised database improvements.
  
  
• As Head of Action Aid UK's Major Donor Fundraising Programme, Sharon significantly exceeded the programme's income targets. In particular, she personally secured around £1m from major donors in her final 12 months.
  
  
• As Fundraising Manager for Harvest Help, she took a leading role in doubling the charity's supporter base and income, partly through launching and managing a new Major Donor Programme.
