Sharon is a strategic and results-driven charity professional with over 15 years' experience, including four years experience in a consultancy role.

• Sharon has gained experience at the highest level of charitable organisations, with proven success as Executive Director, Head of Fundraising, and as Board Chair.
  
  
• Sharon's particular focus has been on fundraising, philanthropy and partnership development, and she has also been actively involved in marketing, strategic planning, proposal development, governance and organisational development.
  
  
• Sharon has a proven record in setting and achieving ambitious targets, particularly in respect of the high value streams of major donors, foundations, corporate and institutional funding.
  
  
• Sharon has personally secured and managed five, six and even seven figure grants and gifts, totalling tens of millions of pounds.
  
  
• Sharon has extensive experience of consulting, mentoring and training people of all ability levels, across six continents, on fundraising, funding planning, proposal development, grant management and donor relationship management.
